§ 82-52. Keep to right; passing.

All moving vehicles shall be kept to the right of the center of the street along which they are moving except in turning to the left in an intersection. When any vehicle shall turn to the left in an intersection, it shall enter such intersection to the right of the center of the street from which it enters and shall leave the intersection to the right of the center of the street on which it leaves.
